[NEW] Online Class Payment Your space in our online classes is only secured once payment has been received. Your instructor will send you their payment details as soon as possible after you have reserved your place online or via email. If an online block has already started when you join us, then we will happily charge pro-rata for what is left or can send the additional links for the full price.
No class credits or refunds can be given for online sessions once the course has started, unless the circumstances are exceptional and at our discretion.
Where a live streamed class has failed or had to be cancelled, a recorded session will be provided or an alternative live class (where possible) instead.
Booking Physio Led Pilates classes are sold as a block booking. That means 8 hours of Pilates tuition from an experienced Physiotherapist. Regrettably, refunds cannot be made for missed individual classes. Payment must be made prior to attending classes. Please note that venue classes and block durations may be shorter during COVID-19. These may be 45-60 minute sessions over a 3-6 week block. Please liaise with your individual instructor for more information.
Group Class Payment [for venue based classes] After you have reserved your place online using the booking system, please ensure that you make prompt payment to your instructor. This can be made directly through a bank transfer to your instructor’s account. If this is your first time attending then your instructor will contact you with the relevant payment information as soon as possible. If you are unable to make payment promptly or using this method, please contact your instructor to make alternative arrangements. We value your custom. If you do not see your preferred class on the booking system during COVID-19 please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on all venue class options available.
Other methods of booking Our online booking system is the preferred method of reserving a booking, please contact us if you are unable to use the booking system but would still like to attend.
Group Class Cancellation Policy If a block booking is cancelled by a class participant with 5 days notice or less to the block starting, refunds cannot be given. If more than 5 days notice is given then payment will be refunded. Please note that all cancellations are subject to a 30% admin fee. If a class has to be cancelled by the instructor, an extra class may be offered or refunds for that session will be given.
What if I can’t make a class? After the block of group classes has commenced, no refunds will be given for cancelled or missed classes. An online swap system is now in place to enable alternative arrangements for any classes that you know you will not be able to make in advance. These can be arranged where possible, but are not guaranteed. The guidelines on how to use the system will be emailed to you and the swap system will be available to use from week 2 of every block onwards. Regrettably, swaps cannot be arranged for the first week of a block.
Please note that venue based class swaps will not be possible during COVID-19. Please liaise with your class instructor in advance of a block starting if you are unable to attend any of your classes. Your instructor may be able to offer an alternative online substitution session. This will be provided at the same cost as the venue based session. We regret that refunds cannot be given once a block has started unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Physiotherapy Advice Although we cannot give you specific physiotherapy advice on your individual condition during classes, we can give you more comprehensive Pilates advice as professional Physiotherapists. If you are looking for a fuller assessment of a condition or regarding Pilates, a one-to-one session can be arranged, please contact us. Please note that 1-2-1 sessions can be arranged online via Zoom during COVID-19. We can also offer an online video or telephone consultation for a specific physiotherapy problem. Home visits can be arranged where a remote connection is unsuitable or unavailable. All home 1-2-1 sessions are compliant with full PPE and hygiene measures during COVID-19.
